1. Who We Are
OMADAfter50 is operated by Cambrian Digital, a Big Bulldog UK Ltd brand (Company No. 15946705), based in Wales, United Kingdom. These Terms govern your use of OMADAfter50 (the "Service"). By creating an account, you agree to these Terms.
2. The Service
OMADAfter50 is a fasting timer and safety-tracking app designed for adults over 50 who have chosen to follow an OMAD (one meal a day) fasting lifestyle. It provides a fasting timer, electrolyte and medication timing reminders, and educational content.
3. Medical Disclaimer — Please Read
OMADAfter50 is not a medical device, and nothing in the app constitutes medical advice. OMAD (one meal a day) and other forms of extended fasting are not suitable for everyone. You should consult a GP or qualified healthcare professional before starting or changing a fasting routine, particularly if you:
- have diabetes, chronic kidney disease, or another chronic health condition
- are taking prescription medication, especially medication that must be taken with food or at fixed times
- have a history of an eating disorder
- are pregnant, breastfeeding, or underweight
- are otherwise unsure whether fasting is appropriate for you
Reminders and safety features in the app (such as electrolyte or medication timing prompts) are provided as a convenience and are not a substitute for professional medical guidance. You use OMADAfter50, and follow any fasting approach, entirely at your own discretion and risk.
4. Your Account
You must provide accurate information when creating your account and keep your password secure. You're responsible for all activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to use OMADAfter50.
5. Subscriptions & Payment
OMADAfter50 is offered on a monthly or annual subscription, billed via Stripe Payment Links. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled. You can cancel at any time; you'll retain access until the end of your current billing period.
6. Cancellations & Refunds
You may cancel your subscription at any time. We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods, except where required by law.
7. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the Service, including attempting to access other users' data, disrupting the Service, or using it for any unlawful purpose.
8. Intellectual Property
OMADAfter50, its branding, and its content (including the Knowledge Centre articles) are owned by Cambrian Digital (Big Bulldog UK Ltd).
9. Availability
We aim to keep OMADAfter50 available and reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may update, change, or discontinue features from time to time.
10. Limitation of Liability
OMADAfter50 is provided "as is" and is not a substitute for professional medical advice. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cambrian Digital is not liable for any loss, injury, or harm arising from your use of a fasting approach, whether or not tracked through the app.
11. Termination
You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
